WooHoo Robin. That is fantastic news. I am sooo excited for you. We will be praying for you. Please let me know where you are in Alabama and if there is any way I can help out with the homefront when you travel. Blessings, Missy
PS How is your Dad doing, we have been praying for him.
Just wanted to say 'Congratulations' on the good news about Joseph-I know a little about all of those shots,as I recently took Kerri to get all the meds and shots she had to have before going on her trip to Kenya-They're expensive too! And as for your Dad, I too know a lot about the pain of growing up in a home with an alcoholic. In my case, i repeated the pattern with my own husband, hoping to 'fix' things that i had no control over in my past-but as you know, things didn't end up the way i had planned either, and now my girls are left trying to find their way in the scary world of dating and relationships and how to use your brain and not your feelings-But now, this is their journey and i believe that God will use their painful past for the ultimate good. Kerri turned 26 in August and Lori will be 28 in November!! Can you believe it? And they are so careful about sharing their hearts/so afraid to get hurt-I can only hope that they will find someone like you found Scott, that they can grow with, and build a life with, that is better than anything they or I can imagine on our own-
And I can definitely understand how scary the future must seem for ya'll right now, though exciting at the same time. I don't know how you all do it, but i have no doubt you will keep on doing it! Give all the little Whites a hug(i know some are not so little anymore :) Love, Auntie Tone
I'm so happy for you guys that Joseph is coming home!! That's so great!
