We usually rent a hotel room but this year decided to rent a house through vrbo. Wow is all
i can say we rented a 2400sf house mins from everything and the difference is unbelievable..keep in mind this is the same cost of a medium priced hotel...

Such precious pics! I know you guys are making wonderful memories!
I use to live in Charleston. Wonderful city to visit. Go to Fort Sumter if you can. Well worth it. You only have to pay for the ferry ride, the tour of the Fort is free. James Island State Park is a great place to have a picnic. They have fun things to do to (bike/walking trails, piers for fishing, climbing wall and a water park I think). And you can go see the Angel Oak. And the last two items are free to do also.
Thanks for the beautiful pictures, enjoy your holidays, it is such a precious time in the year.
What fun pictures!!!!! Glad you guys are having a good week.
Love ya

It looks like you are having such a wonderful time!
I found your blog a couple of months ago when Kelly at Generation Cedar mentioned your loss. I prayed for you then, and will pray for you again (after reading your "Walking in the Rain" post.
I need to add your blog to the ones that I read daily. I completely forgot to check back after you wrote that you had a controversial subject (it wasn't so bad) about which you wanted to write. I already have it in my Faves, but will now add it to my mental list--only to forget about it again. It's that age thing.
Have a restful vacation.
Cathy
